Allergy Nurses
Jordan Berry, L.P.N.
Jordan joined New England ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery in 2026 as an Allergy Nurse. She brings a diverse healthcare background to her role, with experience in primary care, medical assisting, and school nursing.
Prior to joining the practice, she worked as a school nurse caring for medically complex students, providing compassionate, individualized care to patients with a wide range of medical needs.
Jordan received her Medical Assisting Certificate from Northern Essex Community College in 2019 and went on to earn an Associate Degree in General Studies with a Health Specialization from Northern Essex Community College in 2023. She graduated from North Shore Community College as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2025.
She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and is dedicated to supporting them throughout their allergy management journey. Jordan is passionate about helping patients better understand their allergies and feel informed and comfortable throughout their treatment. She takes pride in building trusting relationships with her patients and providing personalized, compassionate care to help improve their symptoms and overall quality of life.
In her free time, Jordan enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and running.
Susana Tapia, L.P.N.
Susana Tapia has worked as an Allergy Nurse at New England Ear Nose & Throat/Facial Plastic P.C. since 2015.
She is an expert in allergy testing and immunotherapy, with a specialization in subcutaneous and sublingual immunotherapy.
Susana graduated from Northern Essex Community College as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She has received her Allergy & Immunology Certifications from the America Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. (AAOA).
Susana is fluent in Spanish and can serve patient in English and Spanish.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and family, playing tennis, painting, and gardening.
Wendy Kochakian, RN, BSN.
Earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Southern New Hampshire University, her Associate’s of Science in Nursing from Lawrence Memorial-Regis College, and her Associate’s in General Studies with a Healthcare Specialization, along with a Healthcare Technician Certificate from Northern Essex Community College.
Wendy joined New England ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery in 2022, assuming the role of an allergy/immunology nurse, having previously worked as a hospice nurse and a phlebotomist.
She is dedicated to supporting patients throughout their allergy management journey, from initial skin testing to the completion of their immunotherapy treatment, by understanding each patient’s individual needs and providing tailored care.
Wendy has extensive knowledge of many aspects of allergy management, including assessments, skin testing (both prick and intradermal), and the preparation and administration of customized immunotherapy treatments, such as subcutaneous injections (SCIT) and sublingual drops (SLIT) for both pediatric and adult patients.
She is a member of The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA).
Outside of her patient care responsibilities, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include camping, fishing, crafts, and crocheting amigurumi.
