Diane Lu PA-C

Diane received her master’s degree of Master of Medical Science, Physician Assistant from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2016. She worked in New York in surgery/trauma surgery and hospital medicine, ultimately stumbling upon the specialty of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. Diane joined New England ENT in November 2023. She is licensed to practice in Massachusetts as well as New Hampshire.

Jessica Huynh

Jessica Huynh, MPAS, PA-C

Jessica Huynh, MPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA, and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, CT. Jessica began her clinical career in otolaryngology, where she gained two years of experience prior to joining New England Ear, Nose & Throat in September 2025. Jessica is an active member of the Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, reflecting her dedication to continued professional development in the field.

Mary Lam, RN, MSN, FNP-C

Mary Lam, RN, MSN, FNP-C received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. She continued her post-graduate training at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts and obtained her Masters in Science of Nursing. She worked in Brookline, MA in otolaryngology for 3 years before joining New England ENT in 2025. Mary is licensed in the state of Massachusetts and is a member of American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
